Wrestling legend Jake the Snake is notorious both inside and outside the wrestling ring, having hit career highs and personal lows in front of the public’s eye. In August of 2012, Jake had hit an all-time low both emotionally and physically, suffering from decades of drug and alcohol addiction to the point where he had never been sober for more than 30 days outside of rehab or prison. Fellow wrestling icon and friend Diamond Dallas Page saw the pain Jake was in and decided to reach out to him in hopes that he could help him get his life back on track with the help of Page’s workout system, DDP YOGA. Fast forward 3 months later, Jake is now 63 lbs. lighter, had regained flexibility throughout his body and has been sober without a drop to drink throughout it all. But the Jake’s transformation has just begun, as he looks forward to getting in even better shape and embracing sobriety for the rest of his life.
